Flowers are colourful objects. Unless we are talking white lilies, or Lily-of-the-valley or water lilies or any other types of white or pale green flowers of course. Though, that is not entirely true. When you look at a white flower you don't experience it as being colourless. Especially not if you look at it in the end of the day when the light is fading and the white flowers glow like small lanterns in the semi darkness. Glow with an inner light that is not from any outside source but from within themselves. From that source that is nothing but the flower who wants to be noticed. Hardly by us, we are not very useful from the flower's point of view, but from the thousands of insects that fly in the darkness.
Even flowers with much brighter colours than white may be experienced in new ways. Unless you are colour blind you'll need a camera to do it. And the ability to remove colour. What remains is shape and structure. And that my friends are beautiful things.
